Does Suffering have a Purpose?

'Mystical' Experiences

Over a period of some 12 or so years I had a number of experiences which could be called 'mystical'. In the first when I was just 25, I awoke to an experience of being in total and complete love with everyone and everything. However, having no context in which to understand my experience and fearing that I was losing my mind I eventually managed over some weeks to drive the experience away.

In the years that followed a number of other experiences occured which included extraordinary coincidences, meeting people with messages from my dreams, losing my belief in linear time. Eventually I came by 'chance' to learn the Energy Clearing technique I now teach, which caused my consciousness to take a leap into the state described in Buddhism as 'Samadhi', the state of 'no mind' in which desire, fear and awareness of duality seperation are replaced by an experience of one consciousness, fearlessness and profound love for all things. For this I am profoundly grateful to Eric Dowsett. Afterwards I left my relationship, my home and my life as an artist behind and wandered around sharing the experience with whoever questioned me about it.

StillFlow 

This state persisted for a number of years within which the seed for StillFlow was sown. Unfortunately the state made it impossible fo me to develop the process on a practical level. Until, eventually, the notion arose to come back into the world, to rebuild my sense of separate self so that I might be more able to share the benefit of my experience with others.

A New Humanity

I believe we are on the edge of a monumental shift in human evolution which is arising as a new understanding of reality and our role within it is revealed to us. Instead of the passive victims of circumstance we are recognising our role as conscious co-creators of our reality. This evolution in consciousness will create a new type of humanity - the type perhaps that many of us have hoped for but unitl now could not imagine arising from our current concept of 'human nature' and the world state it has created.

Getting Clear of 'Old Baggage'

The StillFlow Journey combines a powerful Clearing technqiue which releases old emotional baggage which lies at the root of our suffering. It also explores how our inner state must inevetiably draw into our lives the people and situations we need in order to acknowledge the low frequency vibrations we hold in our memory. Once we accept this possibility challenging situations and people are transformed into opportunities to raise our vibrational frequency by Clearing more old baggage.

Instantly we are transformed from hapless vicitms to conscious co-creators of our lives. Our vibrational frequency rises to the benefit of the collective consciousness. By healing ourselves we automatically heal others.

My early life was characterised by events and experiences which were difficult to say the least. Violence, alcoholism and drug dependance led first to the early death of my mother and then the suicide of my father. Interestingly from a very early age I took a very different view of my 'suffering' from that of other people.

To them I was a victim of tragic circumstances but I knew what was happening had some purpose - little did I know it was preparing me for my future role in life.
